In Person Coaching:

$160 for the First Month/$100 for additional months

  • One 60 Minute in person meeting in the first month

  • Personalized macro breakdown for your goals

  • Instructions on logging/creating meals using the free MyFitnessPal App.

  • Access to digital weight tracker which takes daily weight and depicts a graph of your daily weight and weekly averages that both you and your coach can see

  • Weekly text message check in (every Wednesday)

  • Adjustments to macros as needed

  • Recommendations on and access to reading/psychological materials/counseling to help you stay on track with your goals.

  • Information on how to maintain your new weight once you get there

  • 24hr access to your coach via email/text/phone

 

Accountability Package: 

$80/month

Already know how to count and calculate your own macros? Just need to check in with someone to set and stay on track with your goals and be held accountable? This package is for you: 

  • One 30 minute phone or zoom meeting a month  

  • Weekly text message check ins (every Wednesday)

  • 24hr access to your coach via email/text/phone

  • Access to digital weight tracker which takes daily weight and depicts a graph of your daily weight and weekly averages that both you and your coach can see

Remote Coaching:

(Best for people who are comfortable using apps on their phone or computer)

$100/month 

  • Personalized macro breakdown for you goals

  • Video and written instructions on logging/creating meals using the free MyFitnessPal App and food scale.

  • Access to digital weight tracker which takes daily weight and depicts a graph of your daily weight and weekly averages that both you and your coach can see

  • Phone consults for help with questions and creating meals as needed

  • Adjustments to macros as needed

  • Recommendations on and access to reading/psychological materials/counseling to help you stay on track with your goals.

  • Information on how to maintain your new weight once you get there

  • 24hr access to your coach via email/text/phone
